Your Responsibility before the Blessing

It is so easy to be fixated on the next blessing you want from God, but what if you were missing the purpose of your waiting period? We grow through adversity, and God uses the obstacles in our lives to stretch our capacity. This uncomfortable stage is necessary because, without the space, where will the blessing fit?

Imagine having a fishbowl capacity and asking for a business that will reach nations. Where will that fit in your life? Embrace the growing stage and allow your capacity to be stretched so that you can hold and enjoy the blessing God has prepared for you.

Don’t Lose Hope

When you face obstacles in life (and you will) remember it is only for a moment. Don’t stop. Keep moving and remember battles are meant to be overcome.

Trusting God

Do you move quickly when God gives you direction, or do you try to understand the plan completely before you move?

Trust is something everyone has to grow in. God is the most trustworthy being we will ever know, yet He is the one we struggle to trust the most. Well, I should say this has been my experience. The journey of life with God is a constant unraveling of what you think you know and what is actually true. The more I follow Jesus and trust the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the more I realize I am not in control of anything.
